AWS Infrastructure & CI/CD Setup

I'm looking for a Terraform / AWS expert to use existing infrastructure templates for a new web application project.
The web application is built on Laravel / PostgreSQL / S3 storage / Redis / OpenVPN. All the relevant files, including the application itself and the Terraform templates, are available on my Github.
Key Tasks:
- Set up all necessary AWS infrastructure
- Configure Github actions for automated CI/CD
- Provide maintenance guidelines
- Offer support hours for post-launch fine-tuning
You will need to assist with:
- EC2 instances
- S3 storage
- RDS databases
- Redis
- Load Balancer
- Repository
- SNS
- SES
- Secrets management
- Set up and configure VPC for isolated network environment.
- Create and manage IAM roles and policies for resource access control.
- Implement CloudWatch for monitoring and logging infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient knowledge of Laravel, PostgreSQL, S3, and Redis
- Ability to provide clear maintenance guidelines
- Willingness to offer post-launch support
The CI/CD pipeline should include:
- Automated testing
- Deployment scripts
- Rollback mechanisms
Please note, a few support hours will be needed after launch for fine-tuning the setup.
The project needs to be completed within 2-4 weeks.
