AWS Infrastructure Setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in setting up my AWS infrastructure. I need the following components to be set up:
- VPC
- EC2 instances
- RDS databases
- Load balancer
- Target group
I already have an AWS account set up, so the freelancer will only need to assist me with setting up the infrastructure.
I have a specific region in mind for my AWS infrastructure, so the freelancer should be knowledgeable in configuring the infrastructure in the desired region.
