AWS Informational Site Design & Setup

I'm looking for a skilled professional to design and set up an AWS-based informational website. The site will require robust integration and management of several AWS services:
- **Hosting and Storage** using S3 and EC2
- **Content Delivery** via CloudFront
- **Database Management** with RDS and DynamoDB
In addition, I'm seeking a complete design service to ensure the site is visually appealing and user-friendly.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in AWS services
- Strong web design capabilities
- Experience in building and managing informational websites on AWS

I need someone who can help guide me through the process from outline approach to full procurement. It is my first project of this type and it is important that I am working in the correct manner. I need someone experienced to help guide me in the right direction. I will be working with others on the dev side who will be responsible for dev and content but I need to engineer the infrastructure and am nowhere near experienced enough to do so without a lot of help.
