AWS IOT core solution

Looking for an AWS IOT core proficient person to build me an end to end solution for an IOT project.
The project will consist of hardware devices that will be connected to aws iot core through MQTT protocol. The system also needs to handle the input data and log them according to specifications and be able to fetch them through a custom app.
The person needs to build all the resources and settings on the aws system for these basic features to be executed by the end devices and the app.
Preference to people in Kerala or Bengaluru.
