AWS IAM Expert Needed for Training and Setup Consultation

Project Description:
I am seeking an expert in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a freelance project to help us properly set up and manage IAM users/groups/permissions, with a specific focus on working with remote freelance developers for our AWS services and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Assess the current IAM setup and suggest areas of improvement.
Assist in setting up proper IAM users/groups/permissions for a freelance developer.
Train me on best practices for managing and maintaining IAM security.
Ensure the correct use of roles, policies, and permissions to give the least privilege access to the freelancers.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience in AWS Identity and Access Management.
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Security Specialty, or similar) is a plus.
Proficient in creating IAM policies, roles, users, and groups.
Knowledge in AWS security best practices, especially relating to IAM.
Experience in training and consulting roles.
Good communication skills and patience for training sessions.
Understanding of remote and freelance work dynamics.
