AWS Hybrid Cloud Implementation

Hello applicant. We would like you to be part of our hybrid cloud implementation project with AWS services.
Our case is as follows:
1. Virtual machine on a hypervisor with the World Office (accounting system application installed on windows server 2022 and MS Access Data Base).
2. The machine will be behind a perimeter firewall (Sophos), which will have the IP address from which the World Office (application installed on windows server 2022 and MS Access Data Base) service will be accessible. They will be connected through an internal local network.
3. The VM must be replicated through AWS ERD to maintain a reliable copy of the data and maintain an effective disaster recovery policy.
4. AWS Route 53 will verify the VM with World Office (application installed on windows server 2022 and MS Access Data Base), and if it fails, ERD will launch an EC2 instance with the most recent data, and Route 53 will point to the new instance.
5. Once the issue has been resolved and the VM is operational, the modified data will be synchronized to the EC2 instance. Upon completion, Route 53 is instructed to re-point traffic to Sophos, which is connected to the VM. Finally, the EC2 instance is destroyed, and the health check service is resumed on the VM.
In this context, it is expected that the system will be able to automatically update the targeting between available IPS without affecting end users in the event of a VM failure. However, the Sophos firewall is in the same data center as the VM, which creates the possibility of interruptions in the connection service for end users of the application.
Our intention is to build with an AWS architecture specialist who will help us understand the best path to ensure high service availability while minimizing operational costs (both in terms of contracted services and labor used to perform instance setup and configuration). It is important to clarify that during the delivery of the solution, our IT team must be trained on the procedures and administration of the built infrastructure (manuals and video tutorials).
