AWS Expert for Web App Deployment

I need an AWS expert to deploy a web application. You will set up new infrastructure from scratch using Amazon EC2.

Key requirements:
- VPC setup
- Load balancers configuration
- ECS integration
- Networking setup

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong AWS knowledge
- Experience with VPC, Load Balancers, ECS
- Proven background in networking
