AWS Expert

We have a website in AWS server, now we are facing a "database connection error" and need someone to fix the same, plus we need to retrieve/change the cpanel password aswell. Work will be done through Anydesk I wont share the backend details or server details, if u can do through anydesk then bid, need someone to start right away.
I want proper reasons of the issue and what solution has been done by the freelancer and i do require screenshots as well
