AWS Enterprise System Architecture Design

I need someone experienced with AWS to architect and design an enterprise system for my business. The ideal freelancer should have solid AWS knowledge and experienced in designing enterprise systems. While the specific functionalities need not yet defined, foundational knowledge in user authentication, database management, and designing for scalability and high availability is a must.
