AWS Elasticache (Redis) Setup & Configuration

I need an experienced AWS expert to help me with setting up an AWS Elasticache Serverless Redis instance and configuring it. i have tried it to connect to the instance but i am not sure what is the issue, i need anyone who can help me connecting to the instance from any client (redis gui or nodejs or python)
