AWS Elastic Kafka Cluster Implementation

I'm in need of an experienced developer comfortable with AWS, Elastic Container Service and Kafka Clusters. In particular, the project requires:

- Creating a Kafka Cluster within an Elastic Container Service from Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ensuring the Kafka Cluster is capable of handling both Streaming and Batch data types.
- It would be beneficial if you can provide strategies around handling unknown data volumes, as potential range has not been defined yet.

Ideal skills for the job:
- Proficient with AWS interface and resources
- Extensive experience with Kafka Cluster implementation
- Knowledge of Elastic Container Services
- Ability to determine best course of action based on capacity planning principles.

Several years experience managing AWS resources and Kafka clusters is preferred. Demonstrated results in projects with similar requirements will be highly considered.
