AWS Elastic Beanstalk configuration

I am looking for someone to configure an AWS Elastic Beanstalk environment for me. The operating system requirement is Linux, and I need the environment to be configured for both development and production. I am interested in Basic Scaling, but an expert opinion on this is welcome (we would need to review the load balancing configuration). There are 2 applications (one for backend and one for frontend). Each of the applications has 2 environments (production and test). The successful candidate must have experience with AWS, Elastic Beanstalk, and Linux. We will also need to setup the SSL configuration. The applications that will be deployed are based on Node and angularJS. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
