AWS Elastic Beanstalk Deployment for Flask to a custom domain outside AWS

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me deploy my existing Flask application to AWS Elastic Beanstalk. I already have a custom domain outside of AWS where I want the application to be deployed. I would like to use an existing application version for the deployment.
