AWS ECS Deployment Assistance with Application Load Balancer and SSL

I'm experiencing issues deploying my ECS service container behind an Application Load Balancer (ALB) with SSL. My ECS service deploys and works well without the load balancer, but when I attempt to set it up with the ALB, the service doesn’t register automatically in the target group and keeps loading without connecting.
I've already checked security groups, ports, and basic configurations, but the issue persists.
What I Need:
