AWS EBS Downscaling for OpenShift

I'm currently using AWS for my OpenShift deployment. I'm looking for an expert to assist me in downsizing my Elastic Block Store (EBS) storage. This project does not involve data migration or backup, but it does require reducing the amount of storage currently allocated to my OpenShift installation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
