AWS DynamoDB Developer

We build a company management system and use DynamoDB on AWS. However, we ran into serious problems with filtering the data. For example, there is a table with 300k records. Have you ever used the AWS console to filter data? Scanning takes a very long time. So, we need a dedicated developer who can configure the database tables to speed up filtering and scanning.
