We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design and implement a Disaster Recovery (DR) environment for a teleradiology (medical imaging) platform.
This is not a generic AWS project — the system includes PACS, DICOM workflows, and a radiology viewer, so understanding performance, storage, and image retrieval is critical.
The DR environment will act as a failover site and long-term image archive.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, Route 53, VPC)
Experience with Windows Server + SQL Server on AWS
Proven experience with Disaster Recovery / failover setups
Ability to deliver a secure, production-ready environment
Strong understanding of cost optimization in AWS
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Experience with medical imaging systems (PACS / DICOM / OHIF or similar)
Understanding of:
Image storage and retrieval workflows
Large file handling (CT/MRI studies)
Storage tiering (active vs archive)
IMPORTANT
