AWS DevOps specialist Wanted

I need to get my website up again. www.citygolfleague.com It has been up and running for years. My original partner is now busy with other projects. This is what he wrote however:

I can't figure out what is going on with the CGL site. It should be pretty easy to hire someone to set the site up correctly. You need to find someone with AWS experience that can set up an EC2 template that will auto start instances that can run a java application. The web application is built on very old technology but I'm sure someone that is an AWS DevOps specialist would know how to do it.

Also need help with the AWS email for this site and my other AWS site www.openplaytennis.com.

I had created email for both websites, but neither is functioning correctly.

This is a really small job, but I want someone that can work on it ASAP.
