AWS DevOps Consultant Needed

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Remote DevOps Engineer on an hourly basis to manage, monitor, and optimize our AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for Docty Apps. This is a critical role in ensuring system uptime, scalability, and performance across our microservices ecosystem (Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, MySQL, Angular).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Monitor and resolve ECS scaling issues and CloudWatch alarms
- Setup and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline
- Optimize Sequelize ORM and RDS connection pooling (auto-kill idle connections)
- Configure RDS Proxy, VPC networking, and secrets management
- Implement CloudWatch dashboards, log retention, and alerting
- Deploy and manage environments for development, staging, and production
- Support third-party API integrations (MSG91, Razorpay, Dunzo, etc.)
- Write automation scripts (Terraform, Bash, or AWS CLI)

Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years DevOps experience
- Strong AWS expertise (ECS, EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, ALB, Route53)
- CI/CD experience
- Node.js, NestJS, Angular deployment knowledge
- MySQL & MongoDB optimization
- Linux & shell scripting

Good to Have:
- Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CDK
- Kubernetes knowledge
- AWS DevOps Certification
- Cost optimization experience

Engagement Type:
- Hourly (Remote)
- Flexible schedule, but responsive for incidents and releases
- Long-term opportunity based on performance

Payment Terms:
- Based on monthly billed hrs.
- Payment released on monthly basis only ( 1st - 3rd) every month
