Project Description: AWS Connect Setup
Purpose of Setting up AWS Connect:
- The purpose of setting up AWS Connect is to enhance both customer support and sales/marketing efforts.
Integration with Existing Infrastructure:
- Yes, we have an existing infrastructure that needs to be integrated with AWS Connect. Required to do API Integration on both ends for Sending and Receiving leads. (With the form on our website).
Familiarity with AWS Connect:
- As a beginner in using AWS Connect, I am looking for an experienced professional who can guide me through the setup process and provide ongoing support.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in AWS Connect and its various features and functionalities.
- Proven experience in integrating AWS Connect with existing infrastructures.
- Ability to provide training and support to beginners in AWS Connect.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and understand our specific requirements.
- Knowledge of customer support and sales/marketing processes to ensure effective implementation of AWS Connect for both purposes.
Scope of Work:
* API Integration on both ends for Sending and Receiving leads from the website to the agent workspace.
* Creation of Contact Center in Amazon Connect including: routing profiles, call routing, and workflows, queues, and security of user management. Also, everything required for outbound and inbound calling.
* Automation of Caller information of ingested data into the contact center.
* Customization of Disposition codes within the agent workspace.
* Creating 5 agents.
*Transfer of knowledge.
