AWS Configuration for Oracle Database Retrieval

I'm in need of an expert to set up AWS configuration for my Cx Oracle Layer in Lambda, primarily for database retrieval.
The key requirements and considerations for this project are as follows:
- I anticipate handling a data volume less than 10GB, so the configuration should be optimized to handle this efficiently.
- The database being used for retrieval is Oracle, so experience with this database is a must.
- The setup should be done in AWS Lambda, ensuring smooth and efficient function execution.
Ideal candidate for this project should have:
- extensive experience with AWS and Lambda setup.
- deep knowledge and experience with databases, particularly Oracle.
- strong understanding of optimizing configurations for efficient handling of data.
