AWS Cognito Integration with React application using the AWS SDK

I'm looking for an experienced React developer who can create a custom, modern and minimalist authentication UI for my application. This UI will connect to AWS Cognito for all authentication and authorization processes via the AWS SDK (not AWS Amplify). I believe this will be achieved via OAuth.
