AWS Cloudfront + HTTP API
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
This is a straightforward task for experts. Not considering new freelancers as it requires more advanced expertise about Cloudfront (not covered by AWS documentation).
The budget is fixed at $30. It’s not required to build the entire infrastructure up nor to make assumptions on what we need.
Context:
We’d like to use Cloudfront to show the frontend design (stored in S3) for custom URLs. Upon hitting the URL, the integrated Lambda searches which object must be shown first. With later interaction, Cloudfront must show the next frontend etc.
Errors:
Accessing SaaS url in the browser: not found
Using OPTIONS invoke url: no content found
Using GET method invoke url: Internal server error
Cloudfront logs: HTTP error for tlsv_1.3 (despite using the required settings) and invalid application/json.
What we can validate:
1. CORS present
2. Correct invoke url with route
3. Lambda works in the console
4. Cloudfront settings seem correct
CAUTION: We do not work with IAM roles, so you can’t access our AWS environment.
Who knows how to resolve this? And more importantly, can guarantee to make Cloudfront work so it becomes a reliable piece of our backend? We asked AWS Support for weeks and they failed to find the specific solution.
P.S. This is a fixed budget at $30, we do not work with hourly fees. We simply need a pro to guide is through to the solution.
