AWS Cloudformation expert to help create infrastructure

I need to quickly setup AWS infrastructure but my team has only limited knowledge on it. Need someone who knows how to create in quicky using Cloudformation. AWS components that will be involved are:

1. S3 with KMS encryption
2. Cloudtrail
3. Cloudwatch
4. SQS
5. Lambda
