AWS Cloudformation Review, Document and Advise

We have an existing setup of environments built using Cloudformation Templates.
Our application consists of Docker environments for the Webapp and we use AWS MySQL databases.
We would like them reviewing, documenting and some advise if they are setup correctly or need changes.
We think it's about 2-5 days work perhaps, for someone who knows who knows AWS and AWS Cloudformation well.
We have some internal AWS skills, but our CTO feels it's not enough knowledge to know if things are right or wrong.
