Knowledge on Version Controlling System - Github
Knowledge on Cloud Security
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
B.Tech, BE, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree
Adopt to new technologies at fast pace and apply them for solving business problems.
Should be open to work on 24x7 environment
Nice to have:
Knowledge on Information Security Systems
Knowledge of Database
Tools Administration knowledge (Gsuite, AWS & etc..)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Managing the day to day operation and coordinating with web dev team and other teams.
Manage daily IT checklist necessary action/support for the same.
Product deployment, installation and configuration.
Maintain IT Related processes
Monitoring System Performance, issues like Memory, CPU, and Disk utilization.
Creating new users, groups, and set up home directories.
Responding to alerts in a timely fashion as per the pre-defined priority levels and SLAs
Understanding, analyzing the root cause of an alert, and solving it.
Experience supporting day to day OS, Application Retail IT Operations.
Coordinate with internal team members for Issue Resolving, Identify Bugs
Ensure the safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations information security policies.
Monitor the performance of the IT infrastructure
Launching of EC2-Instances.
Creation and Maintain Ec2-Instances in AWS
Maintain Security to AWS Instances using Inbound and Outbound Security rules.
Monitor the health of servers.
Cleaning up the AWS automated snapshots, volumes and S3 files.
