AWS Big Data Implementation

I am planning a big data project on AWS and am in need of an experienced professional to spearhead the operation.
I plan to utilise Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon EMR for this project. I need your insight and hands-on experience with these AWS services, to effectively manage and shape the course of this project.
The project will handle medium-sized data, approximately between 1TB-10TB. It indicates a large-scale job that demands acute attention and expertise.
In regards to data security and privacy,itional encryption measures will be required on top of basic security measures. If you are well-versed in data encryption methods and can ensure the reliability and security of sensitive information, then you are who I am looking for.
Skills and Experience:
