AWS Bedrock Expert Needed for Chatbot Upgrade
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I'm seeking an AWS Bedrock specialist to enhance my AI sales chatbot's conversation flow, particularly invoking the correct action group at the right time.
There are 2 major issues im facing with the current version:
1. There are in total 7 action groups that have to be invoked at different times during the conversation. I'm finding it difficult to train the bot to fetch the action groups at the designated time based on the conversation flow. The bot is currently invoking action groups at inaccurate and unnecessary places.
2. The bot sometimes randomly restarts the conversation in the middle of the conversation.

- Extensive experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda & action groups
- Proven track record in chatbot development
- Excellent understanding of customer service dynamics
- Strong skills in natural language processing
- Experience in integrating machine learning models
