AWS-Based Data Navigation & Analysis Tool

I'm looking for an expert to build a data navigation prompt engine using existing AWS services - specifically Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, and Amazon RDS. The engine should have:
- A user-friendly interface, making the tool easy to navigate and operate.
- Interface prompt engineering capabilities based on existing data, reminiscent of the data analysis tool on ChatGPT.
- The ability to handle various types of data, including textual, numerical, and graphical.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (including Cognito, Lamda, API Gateway, Athena, S3, EC2, and RDS)
- Data Science and Analysis expertise
- User interface and experience design
- Familiarity with Open Ai libraries and integration, or similar data analysis tools.
- Visualisation tools
