AWS Automated Runbooks for deployments using Templates

Need automated Parent/ Child Runbooks for AWS Control tower architecture.
Need multiple pipelines created to deploy AWS Resources, and primarily full confined and networked EKS/ ECS clusters. The templates need to be parameterized and use AWS pipeline, Code Deploy, Bit Bucket, and YAML, Python, and Shell scripting to automate the runbooks.
Parent pipeline should call the Child pipelines based on tags.
