What I have
1. Static IP on MongoDB Server with 8 CPU & 16 GB RAM ( Server A )
I want to load balancing if my server goes more than 40% start another server ( Server B ) if the load is below 40% new started server ( Server B ) should automatically shut down. My Primary database must be stored and save without any data loss on ( Server A - IP and other things should not change)
