AWS Architecture for a PHP - MySQL Application

We are looking for a AWS Architecture blueprint in Lucid Chart or other visualization tool which outlines use of various AWS services to support LAMP based web application. It needs to be auto scalable, redundant, logging and performant. DevOps workflow which supports different environments, auto deployment managed through Github.
