AWS Amplify - Data Reporting Tool

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create an analytical reporting web app using AWS Amplify. The primary function of this app will be to facilitate historical data reporting.

Key Requirements:
- The web app will need to connect primarily to Redshift Database
- The project is quite simple create the same functionality as in GitHub but without S3 and make sure it is running
- Also documentation what changes I have to make to replicate in my environment
- NO S3 but query the result from Redshift and show the results as shown in the link

- Final Product
-- Files which needs to be used to run the project
-- No S3 and need to connect directly to Redshift
