AWS Amazon Connect Configuration Assistance

I'm in need of an expert to help me with my Amazon Connect setup. I'm trying to configure it for a single phone line. The setup is mostly complete and not overly complex; however, I have a few queries and would like to verify the basic configurations. I anticipate the entire session taking no more than 1 to 2 hours.
