AWS Account Closure Specialist

I need help closing my AWS account. I am no longer using AWS and have resources that need to be dealt with.

Current resources:
- EC2 instances
- S3 buckets
- RDS databases

Ideal skills and experience:
- AWS expertise
- Experience in safely shutting down and deleting resources
- Familiarity with cost implications and ensuring no lingering charges
