AWS API Integration for Hosted PBX

I'm looking for someone experienced with AWS API and PBX systems to execute a project on a PHP 8.1 platform. The job primarily involves the creation of DNS Zone records for each sub-domain and making dynamic DNS records updates based on PBX activity.
Responsibilities:
- Create DNS Zone records for each sub-domain in a multi-tenant PBX, using AWS API with Route53 connection.
- Update DNS records dynamically based on PBX activity.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of AWS API and Route53 service.
- Familiarity with PBX systems, PHP 8.1, and multi-tenant environments.
- Ability to propose and implement a hybrid mapping scheme for sub-domains to each tenant, using a provided basis.
Security:
- Implement SSL encryption for API communication.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive AWS API Experience.
- Solid background in PBX systems, multi-tenant environments, and PHP 8.1.
- Strong knowledge of DNS Zone records in AWS.
- Ability to iterate rapidly and respond to feedback.
