Need Consultant for Upcoming Website Development Project

I'm looking to hire a talented consultant for an upcoming website development project. My website needs to be a SAAS (Software As A Service) website and I have existing website content that I would like to include in the project. My desired completion date for the project is 4+ weeks at the minimum. The consultant I'm looking to hire must be knowledgeable in website development and have experience with working on SAAS websites. Capabilities Needed:
A way for Real Estate agents/Creatives to organize, edit, upload property assets such as photo, video, and floor plan + add comments/feedback to individual assets that can be then marked done, need more informaiton, agent working, creative working.
A way for Real Estate agents to subscribe register and login to the portal that allows them to organize, edit content.
A way for Real estate agents to order a property website (Fill out a form with all information a dev would need to put up a property website and send info back to client, ideally having a place they can access all property websites from (Property websites will be built on wordpress sites, this will be a service that we want to add automation to.
