Figma to HTML code implemented on AWS

I have a Figma design that needs to be implemented as HTML and hosted on AWS. It is around 12 pages. The functionality is simple, no database, hosts markdown files, an email contact form.


Requirements:
1) Install and configure the latest version of Docusaurus on AWS using S3 file hosting only
2) Take existing Figma design and produce both a desktop and mobile version of HTML/CSS in Docusaurus
3) Implement on AWS using S3 static hosting. You will be responsible for configuration
4) Advise and possibly implement required DNS changes


Conditions
1) Do NOT reply with a template bid, it will be ignored
