Requirements:
Phone Call Monitoring: Develop a robust system to monitor the specified Amazon AWS S3 bucket for incoming phone call recordings. When a new recording is available, trigger the transcription and summarization process.
Transcription using AI: Utilize OpenAI's Whisper model for accurate and efficient transcription of phone call audio content into text.
Summarization and Follow-up Identification: Implement advanced natural language processing techniques using ChatGPT to generate concise call summaries. Identify actionable items and associated dates for follow-up tasks.
RTF File Generation: Create downloadable RTF files containing both the full transcribed text and the summarized content of each call.
Future CRM Integration: Develop the application in a modular and flexible manner, ensuring easy integration with your CRM system in the future when an API becomes available.
