Bulk Update of S3 Objects

I have thousands of objects in an S3 bucket. I need to update all objects so that when clicking on the links for every object, the file is downloaded (instead of played in the browser).

I need a way to do this without assistance in the future.

This needs to be delivered today (Tuesday)
