Automate Tally Exports to S3

I need a reliable way to pull everything out of my Tally.ERP 9 every day and drop it straight into an Amazon S3 bucket. “Everything” means all registers plus the PDF copies of Sales, Purchase, Credit Note, and Debit Note vouchers—essentially every invoice we raise. I do not want any preprocessing or formatting; raw files are perfect because downstream processes will handle the heavy lifting.

Here’s what matters to me: the transfer must be fully automated (no manual button-clicking), incremental so it doesn’t re-upload unchanged files, and robust enough to recover gracefully if my internet blips. The routine will run on a Windows workstation where Tally.ERP 9 is already licensed, so feel free to lean on TDL, ODBC, XML export, or a small Python/PowerShell utility that talks to AWS SDK—whatever achieves a clean daily push to the target S3 path.
