Partner to run my Amazon Vendor Seller shop

I'm looking for a partner to help me run my Amazon Vendor Seller shop and to provide me with full service support. I'm not sure if I will be providing any of my own products just yet, but I'm open to the possibility. My shop is already open for business, but I need help with operations and customer service. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who can handle the entire shop for me.
