Job description

Managing and Listing the products online Marketplace
Maintaining reporting and returns
Monitor and maintain customer feedback, call customer, mail them.
Work on problem solving and product optimizations
Regularly manage inventory online
Coordinate different staff and team involving in product listing
Working knowledge of digital marketing
Learning and implementing best practices in ecommerce
Experience in digital graphics, to create poster, image modification, banners etc for eCommerce platform


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Market Places listing & customer care
Must have full working knowledge of Market portals like Amazon, etc
Knowledge of digital marketing & graphics design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, English & any other Indian languages
Call center / customer support experience preferred


Its a permanent long term assignment
Payment of Rs. 7500 per month, yearly renewal
Work from home, no time frame, but shall available always on whatsapp group to respond with team members
Customer queries & complaints shall solve independent of holidays / sundays
