Creating Amazon Listings UK

We are a UK e-commerce website selling womens & family fashion items. We have been operating 6 years and sell via our own website, and have recently started on Etsy. We have also set up our Amazon sellers account, but need help getting our first listings live. We need some help for someone to help create and optimise our first 100 listings.
