Amazon seller help with best practices with a competitor

I'm selling on Amazon Canada and I have a competitor who is placing 3 bids for his same product, he win the buybox i'm not sure exactly why. I'd like to have a consultant who is really expert working in Amazon Seller platform to give good advices and tricks.
