Amazon Inventory Problem

I need help with Amazon to correct a mistake they made with our inventory:
We sent amazon our inventory and they recived it since Oct 12.
We manage a 1 pack presentation and a 3 pack presentation. Amazon by mistake registerd the 1 pack presentation as if it was a 3 pack presentation, so now it is showing in our inventory as if we have CERO of the 1 pack presentation and 91 of the 3 pack presentation. ( both are wrong)
This has caused that our clientes are ordering the 3 pack presentation and are receiving the 1 pack presentation so we are getting product returned and have to reimburse our clientes.
We need help to resolve this issue.
