turn my file into an e-reader

i need to turn my file into a good e-reader that is applicable for reading on Kobo (www.bol.com) and Kindle (www.amazon.com). One is in english and the other one is in dutch. Also adjust the file if necessary.
Also to make an amazon account to sell the book online and a bol.com account.
