I need a Microsoft Office Expert -- 2

I wrote a text book for ophthalmologists. I have it on Word, but need to make the format perfect for Amazon and Kindle books. The book has 227 pages and 15 sections. I want to make sure the page breaks are in the correct location. I would also like to put a different color Tab on each section to make it easier to flip to that section.
