format my manuscript for Amazon KDP ebook and paperback

I have seven books published on Amazon. Trying to publish the 8th which is a collection of essays some with pictures and illustrations. Keep getting error message that trim size and bleed entry are wrong but I don't know how to correct them and they are no help. I'm stuck. Need someone to take my manuscript and make it acceptable to Amazon for both ebook and paperback.
