Promote a Kindle eBook

I made a small book of silly poems paired with children's book-esque illustrations. I need someone experienced with marketing this kind of media. The aim is to get the book at the top of Amazon's KDP lists at publishing. It's intended to be a fun dumb book that was made during the boredom of the pandemic.

I would need someone who has experience with or promoting for Kindle Direct Publishing. Maybe Google Ads as well.
